Industrial big incentives for Indonesian automotive and property

Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI) Perry Warjiyo explained the reason for the authority, in this case the Financial Stability System Committee (KSSK), to encourage credit and financing, especially for the automotive and property sectors. According to Perry, the automotive and property sectors have strong backward and forward linkages, so that growth in these two sectors can contribute to growth in other sectors. Perry also said that the automotive and property sectors can also encourage the financial sector which is the main focus of KSSK. Therefore, the government and BI issued a number of big tax relaxation policy instruments, to stimulate sales volume in those sectors.
